Make it about your audience The most important thing to remember is if a camera is recording then there is a reason you want someone to watch what you are saying. If you keep your intention on your audience you will remove the stress of focusing on your side of things. How do you want them to change after they have watched you? Action verbs are very helpful here. Maybe you want to challenge, entertain, educate, rewire, include, or delight your viewer? Word it as a powerful objective: I want to (action verb) my viewer and you will feel your power and focus grow!
